Dan Freschi
Founder and President of EDGE Business Management Consulting, LLC. Creator of Battle Tested™ by EDGE™, a character and leadership development ecosystem built for Student-Athletes, coaches, and programs.
Dan is the designer of the Student-Athlete Leadership Assessment™ (SALA™) and the author of Where Leadership Begins, now in its second edition. He has coached for over a decade and works directly with athletes and coaches on leadership and character development.
Battle Tested™ was founded by Blake Williams. Dan acquired the brand under EDGE in 2023 and has since built it into the assessment, coaching, and program infrastructure it is today.
He lives in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with his wife Kecia and three children, Claire, Chase, and Chloe.
